• User Content: This covers any text or content that you input into the message field and send through the App, as well as any text or content generated by AI through the App. You have the right to utilize, share, and otherwise make use of your User Content for your own purposes, provided that you adhere to the regulations and limitations outlined in our Terms of Use. However, it's important to note that using User Content carries inherent risks, and you accept all responsibilities and liabilities associated with such usage. When utilizing User Content, it is solely your responsibility to ensure compliance with relevant laws. Additionally, please be aware that we rely on a third-party service provider, OpenAI, L.L.C., for the processing and creation of AI-generated User Content. 
• Contact Information: This encompasses the details you provide, such as your name, email address, and any additional content, when you contact us via email. We utilize this information to promptly respond to your inquiries, fulfill your requests, and deliver the services or communications you have requested.

III. DATA COLLECTION

When you use the Speakypie App, we do not collect any personal information from you directly. We do not require you to create an account or provide us with any personal details. We may ask you to provide your language level and reason for learning a particular language (e.g., travel, work, education) to customize the learning experience and provide relevant content. This information is used solely within the App and is not personally identifiable. 

Other non-personal information we ask you to provide to enhance your user experience. This includes:

• Access to Notifications: If you grant the Speakypie App access to notifications, we may send you relevant updates, reminders, or notifications to improve your learning experience. You have the option to enable or disable these notifications in the App settings.
• Apple Speech Recognition: The Speakypie App utilizes Apple's speech recognition technology to enable voice input functionality. Any voice data you provide through the App for speech recognition is collected and processed by Apple in accordance with their privacy practices. Please refer to Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on how they handle your data.
• Microphone Access: The Speakypie App requires access to your device's microphone to provide speech recognition features. We only use this access to capture and transmit audio data to Apple's speech recognition service. We do not store or process this audio data on our servers.
• Camera Access: The Speakypie App requires access to your device's camera to scan promotional codes. We only use this access to capture and recognize QR codes locally. We do not store or process this image data on our servers.
• Photo Library Write Access: The Speakypie App requires access to your photo library ro save users' certificates. We only use this access to render and save certificates locally. We do not store or process this image data on our servers.
• Use of ChatGPT: Speakypie incorporates OpenAI's ChatGPT to provide interactive chat functionality. While the App does not collect or transmit personal data through ChatGPT, please note that OpenAI's privacy practices may apply to the data processed by ChatGPT. IV. ADVERTISMENTS

Speakypie incorporates Google AdMob framework for presenting in-app advertisements.

To improve the performance of AdMob, the Google Mobile Ads SDK may collect certain information from apps, including:

• IP address, which may be used to estimate the general location of a device.
• Non-user related crash logs, which may be used to diagnose problems and improve the SDK. Diagnostic information may also be used for advertising and analytics purposes.
• User-associated performance data such as app launch time, hang rate, or energy usage, which may be used to evaluate user behavior, understand the effectiveness of existing product features, and plan new features. Performance data may also be used for displaying ads, including sharing with other entities that display ads.
• A Device ID, such as the device's advertising identifier or other app- or developer-bounded device identifiers, which may be used for the purpose of third-party advertising and analytics.
• Advertising data, such as advertisements the user has seen, may be used to power analytics and advertising features.
• Other user product interactions like app launch taps, and interaction information, like video views, may be used to improve advertising performance.

V. USE OF INFORMATION

App Customization: The non-personal information we collect, such as language level and reason for learning language, is used to customize the App's content, features, and learning materials to enhance your learning experience. This information is used solely within the App and is not shared with any third parties.

VI. DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE 

Third-Party Services: Please note that while we do not collect your personal information, Apple, Google and OpenAI may collect and process user data in accordance with their respective privacy policies. We encourage you to review their privacy policies to understand how your data is handled by these third parties. 

Legal Requirements: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or if we believe that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect our rights, or investigate potential violations of our Terms of Service.

VII. SUBSCRIPTIONS

Renewable Subscriptions: Speakypie offers renewable subscriptions for enhanced features within the App. The billing and management of these subscriptions are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. VIII. CONSUMABLES

Consumables: Speakypie offers consumables Speaky Coins. The billing and management of these consumables are handled exclusively by Apple through the App Store. We do not collect or store any payment information. Please refer to Apple's Terms and Apple's Privacy Policy for more information on the handling of in-app purchases data.

IX. SECURITY 

We are committed to ensuring the security of your information. While we take reasonable precautions to protect your data, please be aware that no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your data.

X. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated Privacy Policy within the App or by other means of communication. Please review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes.
